Rasmus Palmgren holds a MSc in Geology and Mineralogy received in 1998.
Rasmus is a geologist with experience undertaking major ground contamination and geotechnical site investigations, leading to remediation and geotechnical design for both public and private sector clients in the United Kingdom and Scandinavia. Within this experience, Rasmus has been responsible for project procurement, client liaison, site investigation design, interpretative reporting, statutory authority negotiation (Planning Discharge, EA, EHO), risk assessment, remediation design and overall project management.
Since 2008 Rasmus has managed and developed geo-environmental consultancy teams in three companies prior to co-founding Ground Condition Consultants Ltd.
In addition to project management and delivery experience, Rasmus has also carried out internal ISO14001 Environmental Management Standards and ISO 9001 Quality Standards audits during his employments.
Rasmus heads the Hampshire office and is predominantly responsible for the business development aspects of Ground Condition Consultants Ltd with additional responsibility for technical, financial management and administrative management of the company.
Antony Platt holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London.
Following graduation in 2001, Antony has worked for both large and small teams within consulting engineers of varying size in Kent, London, Belfast, Surrey and Hampshire undertaking projects in a wide range of service areas including large and small scale residential, retail, commercial, defence, prisons, industrial, waste, local government and education.
Antony has been the lead technical consultant in his rolls since 2009 within his area of expertise of land contamination assessment. Antony’s particular skills include Preliminary, Generic and Detailed Quantitative Risk Assessments, Ground Gas Risk Assessments, Ground Gas Countermeasure Designs, Remediation Verification and Environmental Due Diligence investigations for brownfield and greenfield sites of differing size and use across the United Kingdom.
Antony is a co-founder of Ground Condition Consultants Ltd, heading the Dorset office, and is predominantly responsible for the technical aspects of the company’s operation with additional responsibility for business development, financial management and administrative management of the company.
